What are the system requirements for EFFE?
EFFE is Cloud‑based and does not require specific computer hardware. Use EFFE from a computer, tablet or smartphone. It helps avoid the cost of internal servers or high‑spec machines. For security and performance reasons we recommend using the latest versions of browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
Can I try EFFE before I buy it?
Yes, you can request for free a demo environment to try EFFE before purchasing, with up to five users, so you can explore collaboration features.
How long is the trial period?
You may use the EFFE trial version for one month.
How are EFFE editions different?
EFFE is available in three editions: Premium, Consulting and Accounting. EFFE Premium offers essential features for family offices such as automated data aggregation, portfolio management and CRM. EFFE Consulting includes CRM, DMS, ERP and several features tailored to fiduciary firms. EFFE Accounting, built on Microsoft Business Central, provides comprehensive accounting functionality customised for Swiss fiduciaries.

How can I save Outlook emails and attachments with EFFE?
EFFE’s Outlook integration lets you link emails to the corresponding client or investment opportunity with one click. The email and its attachments are automatically copied to the appropriate folder.
In which language is EFFE available?
EFFE Premium is available in English. EFFE Consulting and EFFE Accounting are available in English, German, French and Italian.
